Ruddr was designed to be simple and intuitive, which enables rapid onboarding.
Basic Onboarding
Workspace and project configuration fundamentals with foundational data import support. Duration: 1 to 3 weeks.
Advanced Onboarding
Guided walkthroughs of workspace and project configuration and of Ruddr features. Installation of integrations, full data migration support, workspace admin training, and project manager training. Duration: 3 to 6 weeks.
FAQs
Will Ruddr work in my country?
Yes. Ruddr is used by customers all over the world. Ruddr supports 150+ currencies and dozens of regional formats for dates, times, numbers, currencies, and percentages. Ruddr maintains daily currency exchange rates to provide real-time currency conversion on reports and dashboards.
Are my non-billable team members really free?
Yes, as long as 50% or more of your total workspace members are billable. If fewer than 50% of your workspace members are billable, Ruddr will charge for 50% of the total workspace members, regardless of their billability.
How long does the free trial last?
30 days and there is no credit card required.
Can I invite freelancers or contractors into Ruddr?
Yes. You can add anyone to your Ruddr workspace.
How does adding and removing workspace members work?
When you add a billable workspace member, you will be charged a prorated amount through the end of the current subscription term. When you deactivate a billable workspace member, you will be provided a prorated credit for the unused portion of the subscription for that member.
Do you charge an additional fee for a "sandbox" environment?
No. Customers on our Pro plan are provided with a free sandbox environment upon request. The sandbox environment is available for the duration of your subscription and can be used to test functionality, configurations, or integrations without impacting your production environment.
How frequently can the price of Ruddr increase?
Your pricing is locked in for the first 24 months. After that, your pricing will never increase more than once in any 24-month period and the increase can be no more than 10% per period.
Do you have discounts for nonprofits?
Yes. Nonprofits get a 10% discount on our annual plan pricing.
What happens if I cancel my paid plan?
When you cancel your plan, you will remain on the plan until the end of your billing cycle, at which time the plan will be canceled.
What payment options are available?
We accept both credit card and ACH payment. ACH payment is only available for annual subscriptions.
How is my payment being processed?
We use Stripe to process your payment. It's the same payment provider used by many of the world's leading brands. We do not handle your credit card or bank information directly.
What happens if my payment fails?
Your designated billing email address will be notified after each failed payment. Credit card payments will be retried up to four times within a month. After the fourth attempt to collect payment has failed, your subscription will be cancelled.
Do you provide refunds?
No. While we do not provide refunds, we provide a prorated credit if you reduce the number of billable members in your workspace.
